You can contact us directly any time but take some time and read through the frequently asked questions on our website. If you have requested a quote already and you have some queries on that quote or your itinerary kindly contact our customer support or travel agent directly.

  • How do I pay for my taxi?

You have a choice of either booking and paying for your taxi online using your credit or debit card via the Paypal service on our website or you may pay your driver with cash.

  • How far in advance should I book my taxi?

We ask that when you are booking online that you do so at least 24 hours before you require your taxi. If there is less than 24 hours until you require our services then please book by calling our telephone helpline. You can book a taxi with us many months in advance. For longer journeys such as airport transfers to Gatwick Airport or Heathrow Airport it is recommended that you give us more than 24 hours notice.

  • Do you charge per passenger?

No. The prices we quote are per vehicle and not per passenger.

  • What happens if my flight is delayed?

Please provide us with your flight information when you book a taxi. We will then monitor live flight information and change the time of your booking automatically. Providing you give us this information then there will be nothing extra to pay.

  • How will I recognise my driver when I arrive at the airport?

Your contact information will be passed to our drivers and they will contact you to agree a meeting place. There may be an extra charge for meet and greet services so please contact us to discuss this.

  • Do you only specialise in airport taxi services?

No, we are able to meet your taxi requirements whatever your destination, but airport transfers are our speciality. We provide local and longer distance taxi services in a range of vehicles.

  • Are your drivers fully licensed?

We ensure that all our drivers are registered taxi drivers with the local authority. We ensure all our drivers meet our own strict professional standards as well as this.
